1. Acceptance

By creating an account or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms and will notify you via email before material changes take effect.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ThePlaylistDating. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Community guidelines

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our API
• Share illegal, explicit, or harmful content in chat
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions ("The Album") are billed monthly or annually via RevenueCat. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of your billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds except where required by law. Founding Member pricing is locked for life as long as your subscription remains active without lapse.

5. Intellectual property

ThePlaylistDating and its logo are trademarks of ThePlaylistDating, Inc. Song and album data is sourced from Spotify and Apple Music under their respective developer terms. You retain no ownership over the Resonance Score algorithm or matching system.

6. Limitation of liability

ThePlaylistDating is provided "as is." We are not responsible for outcomes of relationships formed on the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
